Update My Postal Address & / or Email Address
If your email address and / or postal address (your address for service for receiving all body corporate correspondence) has or is about to change, it is very important that you advise us immediately, so that we can update the body corporate records with your new address details, to ensure that you continue to receive all correspondence we send to you on behalf of the body corporate.
If you fail to notify us of a change in your postal address or email addresss for receiving correspondence, you might not receive important body corporate information including:
- Notices and minutes of body corporate meetings (which might affect your ability to know of, or attend meetings);
- Contribution Notices (which might mean that you become unfinancial, and loose your right to vote at meetings);
- Other important information (you might not be informed of important body corporate information sent to owners which might materially affect you).
To Change Postal Address:
To change your postal address details on the body corporate roll, you must complete Section 1 of BCCM Form 8: Information for body corporate roll. You can access and print this Form via the link in “Forms” under “Resources and Tools” in the Navigation Bar or by clicking either of the above hyperlinks.
Once Form 8 is completed by you, please post, fax or email it to Meek Mercier Body Corporate Services, for updating of your address details.
Alternatively, you may contact us to notify us of your change of postal / email address details. You will need to include the following details:
- Your full name;
- Your scheme name and address;
- Your Body Corporate lot number;
- Your previous postal address;
- Your current postal address for future correspondence.
To Change Email Address:
The change your email address, please advise us of the change by emailing us via the contact us page. You will need to include the following details:
- Your full name;
- Your scheme name and address;
- Your Body Corporate lot number;
- Your previous email address;
- Your current email address for future correspondence.
