Commenced in 2008, Meek Mercier Body Corporate Services is the new name, and new standard, in body corporate management in Queensland. The directors of Meek Mercier Body Corporate Services, Richard Meek and Marc Mercier, both formerly of the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management (Department of Justice and Attorney General), believe a serious and growing need exists for a greater level of professionalism, expertise and accountability in the administration and management of bodies corporate in Queensland.

Vision and Mission

Meek Mercier Body Corporate Services does not seek to be the biggest body corporate management player; rather our vision is to create a boutique body corporate management practice whose focus is on building partnerships with a more select number of schemes, who are seeking from their appointed body corporate manager higher standards in:

• legislative knowledge, information and advice;
• professionally delivered and client focused services;
• accountable body corporate management with integrity.

The mission of Meek Mercier Body Corporate Services is to better serve the growing need of bodies corporate in Queensland for quality, professionally delivered, body corporate management and associated services.
